Returns Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from NewToSki.com. However, if you need to return an item for any reason, please review our returns policy below:

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition with tags still attached. Items must not be worn, used, or altered in any way.
  • To return an item, please email support@newtoski.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (i.e. defective, damaged, incorrect item received).
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned items pass inspection at our warehouse. Refund method will be based on original payment method.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.
